Not quite! A systems strategist will create the systems and processes a virtual assistant needs to work with you. We always recommend investing in a systems strategist before a VA. Systems Strategists will evaluate your existing systems and implement more streamlined systems and processes that work for you. VA’s generally perform tasks you assign to them and generally don’t have the expertise of a systems strategist.
